Synapsis IoT adopts a microservices architecture, which uses the recent Event-Driven System design, specific for the Cloud and IoT.

Our systems leverage a scalable Cloud architecture to ensure adequate load balancing for incoming requests. The use of the Broker is included in the subscription plan you choose to subscribe with us.
Reliability
Our MQTT and API architectures follow the Well-Architected method: Load Balancing ensures constant operability, while Disaster Recovery practices against Failover protect you from data loss.
Security
All devices are connected to our Cloud with Mutual Authentication methodology and Elliptic Curve Cryptography, guaranting high security standards in terms of remote communication and data exchange between Cloud and connected devices.
