Machine Learning is a subset of AI that focuses on using algorithms to enable machines to learn from data without being explicitly programmed.
Types of models
Synapsis ML leverages these models for automation, anomaly detection, and alarm notifications. There are different types of Machine Learning models:

What are LLMs
Large Language Models are a specific category of AI models trained on large amounts of textual data to understand, generate, and interact in natural language.
Transformers
Synapsis ML leverages deep learning architectures like Transformers to generate analysis and interaction tools presented in natural language and process them in RAG.

Mative adopts these models in its Chat engine and AI Project Maker, a solution that enables and helps visitors to our website design their IoT solution with Mative technologies.

How does Synapsis ML work?
Mative, through Synapsis ML, offers a complete structure to create and apply artificial intelligence solutions on data collected from IoT telemetry, allowing customers to focus only on the analysis results without worrying about the infrastructure.
Choosing the most appropriate solution
We use the best MLOps practices to manage the training and inference of Machine Learning models and LLM, supporting the integration of LLM with solutions based on RAG.
Training
The second step is AI training: the accuracy of analysis or predictive results depends on the quality of the data used to train the models and the optimization of hyperparameters. Our Synapsis ML team will take care of everything.
Evaluation and experimentation
The third step is evaluating the robustness of the implemented solution: during this phase, we conduct test experiments to improve performance and reduce false positives.
Release
The fourth step is the release of the solution into production: Mative offers various solutions for deploying the implemented solutions.
Usage
Synapsis ML offers a web-based architecture for managing the use of AI models, allowing immediate results and integrating them into the environment chosen by the customer, in Synapsis Analysis or Mative Cloud.
